Lived Identity Support Groups

Our lived‑identity support groups are safe, affirming spaces where young people can connect with others who share similar experiences, identities, and questions. These groups are designed for youth to feel seen, heard, and supported—whether they’re exploring who they are, navigating challenges, or building community.

We believe every young person deserves a space where they can show up fully as themselves. Our groups are led by trained, caring staff who understand youth culture, respect all identities, and are committed to creating a welcoming environment.

A Space to Be You
No pressure, no judgment. Our groups are built around honesty, comfort, and connection. You can share as much or as little as you want.

Community & Belonging
You’ll meet others with shared lived experiences—people who “get it” and can offer support, laughter, and understanding.

Youth‑Centered Conversations
Sessions focus on topics that matter to you, like identity exploration, wellness, relationships, self‑advocacy, coping strategies, and navigating school, family, or community settings.
