Our Mission
STAR TRACK focuses on providing confidential health services — including HIV prevention and treatment, reproductive and sexual health care, general adolescent health, and support for LGBTQ youth—rooted in respect, equity, and collaboration. We partner with youth, families, and communities to improve health, reduce risks, and strengthen access to high‑quality care. Through advocacy, education, and innovative research, we work to challenge structural barriers, advance social justice, and create a healthier future for all young people.

We recognize that the HIV epidemic will not be solved/addressed by the healthcare system alone, and therefore it is essential to participate in cross-sector advocacy and collaboration.
Services
We offer different ways for you to get the care and support you need—whether you want a scheduled visit, quick walk‑in help, or to meet us out in the community.
If you like having a set appointment, our clinic is a comfortable space where you can meet with our team one‑on‑one. We provide everything from general check‑ups to sexual and reproductive health care, HIV prevention and treatment, and more.
No appointment? No problem. Our walk‑in center is here for quick questions, STI testing, birth control needs, health concerns, or anything you want to talk about. Just come in—we’ll take care of you.
We know not everyone can come to us, so we also meet you where you are. Our team offers free, confidential HIV/STI testing at schools, community centers, and events across Maryland. Look for us out in the community! If you're interested in our Mobile Unit - check here for more!
Want to check your status on your own time? Our free, confidential self‑test kits let you test for HIV at home —quick, easy, and totally private. We’ll make sure you have everything you need, including clear instructions and support if you want to talk through your results. Your health, your space, your pace.
